Getting started
- Sign in. Open the app and either use Sign in with Apple or enter your email address — we'll send you a 6-digit code to sign in. No password to remember.
- Record. Tap the orb to start, and talk as long as you need. The app records the conversation you choose to record.
- Get your debrief. TengTalk transcribes and analyzes the conversation, then shows your report on screen and emails you a copy.
Common questions
I didn't get my sign-in code
Check your spam or junk folder. Codes arrive within a minute or two; if one doesn't show up, request a new code or try Sign in with Apple. Still stuck? Email hello@tengtalk.com.
What happens to my recordings?
Your audio is deleted as soon as your report is ready — we keep the transcript and the report so you can revisit them, never the recording itself. Transcription and analysis are fully automated; no human listens to your calls.
How do I delete my account or my data?
In the app, go to the Account tab and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account, recordings, and analyses. You can also email privacy@tengtalk.com to request deletion or a copy of your data.
Microphone permission
TengTalk needs microphone access to record. If you declined it, enable it in Settings → TengTalk → Microphone on your device, then reopen the app.
Plans and billing
TengTalk is free to start, with paid plans for higher monthly volume. Manage your plan from your account. For any billing question, email hello@tengtalk.com.
