Delete from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the TengTalk app:

1. Open TengTalk on your device.
2. Tap the Account tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at privacy@tengtalk.com from the address associated with your account. We will delete your account and all data within 7 days and send you a confirmation.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your email address and account credentials
• All transcripts and written debriefs
• Any audio files not yet automatically purged (audio is deleted within 7 days of recording regardless)
• Your subscription and billing history (Stripe customer record is also deleted)

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
